Is there a service that identifies businesses that are closing or going bankrupt that is publicly accessable?

I’m in a market research class and I need to locate businesses that are going under. Is there a service that lists these? I doesn’t matter what state or if it’s for the entire U.S. It would be best if I could get it for Utah, where I live, but still it doesn’t matter.

I don’t have money at all, i work part-time ( 20 hrs/week) on campus and observing people and the world around me, i realized that you don’t have to be 27 ou 30 to try to be rich! I would like to start a little something while i’m young. I’m a student in mechanical engineering by the way.My project was to buy a apartment close to my college( In Utah) and rent it I’m not saying i will do that 2morrow, but i’m thinking bout it, and hopefully, 2 or 3 yrs from now, i could do that. Is that a good project? Where do i go? Where do i start? Are apartments really expensive? Did you, or somebody you know, have this kind of business? In brief, as you can see, i don’t really knnow something about that, but you know, it would be good for me to know….

Can I protest and inform people about a harmful business and avoid libel per se and tortious misconduct?

Marisol asked:
The company I’m talking about is an LGAT (Impact in Utah). They run seminars or trainings that promise self-improvement, happier living, heightened self-esteem, etc. They mainly rely on former trainees to recruit new trainees, but sign a form saying they promise not to disclose what actually happens at the trainings with anyone who hasn’t been, therefore people go in uniformed, only trusting already duped loved ones. When you’re there you are humiliated, yelled at, sleep deprived, and otherwise broken down. After that they teach you that it is your old belief systems that caused you life to be so bad, and then they teach you there own convoluted philosophies.
This company has already threatened legal action when others have spoke openly about them. Is it possible to legally hold a protest near the building on recruitment nights? How can I make information public without risking a libel or tortious misconduct suit?
Thank you for your help!
I really need to know about this. Please specify whether you are contributing opinion, or whether you have experience with law , have a degree in law or other expertise form whence you pulled your answer.
Thanks again!

Everyone agreed to not disclose the training processes after six hours of yelling, in a room with no windows in a group of 120 people. If you don’t agree to it, you are publicly escorted out and lose your $150 deposit. No one knows the rules when the deposit is initially paid.

Droves of Utah mormons are all over California trying to get us to vote yes on prop 8 (it’s the measure that will ban *** marriage once and for all in the state of California if it passes). Why do people in Utah think that California is any of their business? If they want a say so in the vote they should move here. Agree or disagree?
I’ve been approached by 2 different groups. Once was at the mall for a lemon festival I was attending and there was a family of 8, children ranging from 20 to 6. The next group was at a larger strip mall the next town over, they were all pretty young and none of them was over 30. Then there was a booth at the county fair and they were handing out vote yes on prop 8 stickers. They say right out they are from Utah.
