I scratched some ladys car in a parking lot. She tok the car to get an estimate and it came back to about $180. I took it to more major businesses and they all quoted me less. What are my options in this case because she claims that she has the right to choose the place but she is ripping me off. Also the shop she wants to take me to is where some person she knows works so is that right or can I do something??

If insurance is not taking care of it then get a written estimate and offer her that amount.
She legally has the right to have her car repaired at whatever shop she chooses. Your only other option is to file it through your insurance and they will have an apraiser write an apraisal for the damage, it might be cheaper but it will go through your insurance and you will prorbably pay more when your rates go up.
