I am interested in starting my own business selling clothes. I am in Utah, but would probably just sell them over the internet. Probably on eBay.
Have any of you done that? How did you get started?
What I am curious about is if I need a license to buy wholesale and then to sell the items?
Do you know of any trusted wholesale sites? I found a few online but don’t am paranoid.
Is there any other advice you can share with me?
**I am only looking for people who are in my shoes, that started their own business from scratch, themselves… not someone who wants to sell me wholesale items or something else like that.**

   Yes , a few million have been in the clothing business .

   i am currently have my own clothing line
   My advice to you would be to trademark your name and copyright all your designs. You need to find a manufactuer of clothing, depending what your selling(t-shirts, pants, hoodies etc) you also need to find a printer for the shirts, i have a guy you can use, if you want i can referre you great prices! Then you need to determine what type of clothing style you want to be in.
   If you need a web designer i can design it for you, (i am a graphic designer)
   what you will need to get wholesale cost will be a tax id number from your company. by having this you will be able to get wholesale rates at any company, which is great , you save tons of money. Hope this helps! any other question please feel free to ask!
