Droves of Utah mormons are all over California trying to get us to vote yes on prop 8 (it’s the measure that will ban *** marriage once and for all in the state of California if it passes). Why do people in Utah think that California is any of their business? If they want a say so in the vote they should move here. Agree or disagree?
I’ve been approached by 2 different groups. Once was at the mall for a lemon festival I was attending and there was a family of 8, children ranging from 20 to 6. The next group was at a larger strip mall the next town over, they were all pretty young and none of them was over 30. Then there was a booth at the county fair and they were handing out vote yes on prop 8 stickers. They say right out they are from Utah.

You are just mad because you cannot spell Massachusetts.
People are free to do what they want, and the vote will be democratic.
Either way, a democratic vote is better than what a liberal court decrees anyways
Agree, we have the same problem with mexicans here in texas, I think each state should be able to decide and act on more things than what the us government lets them, for instance I think here in Texas police should be able to hang illegal mexicans, if we begin this process it would scare so many illegals back to mexico and all of our problems would be solved. I also think that *** people need to stay in the closet instead of prancing around like a bunch of fruitloop **** bumpers

I’m an Atheist, and I’m sorry to pop your Mormon hating bubble, but Mormons have been in California since the gold rush. They own one third of the state.
mormons are nosy, judgmental, morally uppity SHEEP, who think that their religion should be forced on everyone else. *** marriage has nothing to do with them, since mormons don’t support homosexuality and will not perform a marriage ceremony for a *** couple. if i were you, i’d protest them right back.. not that they’d ever get the hint.

Disagree about them “moving” to California. California has enough problems without the headaches of Mormons. My first wife was a Mormon and the only good thing I can say about her is that she is now my EX. The way these of this religion like to “produce” California wouldn’t be able to cope with the over population NOR their interference in “everything” non Mormon.
Hey lea,… its Lemurs not lemuns….any-who…Mormons might be considered Strange or Legalistic in their views…but I personally think it is a matter of choice…fortunately and unfortunately…this is a Free country which allows such things as killing babies pre or post birth, up to a vote,… kinda a paradox…it’s great we have a say, but what is our country coming too?….illegals get refuge from taxes, and benefits from our government?…same for *** marriage…it destroys the economy whether you pay taxes or not unless your honest about how your living/filing your taxes your doing your/our country a great disservice…and frankly I don’t care if your Gay, illegal, Saddam’s or Osamas cousin…if your here and messing with our economy and government GO HOME or be Honest!.
To all the honest people of these persuasions….it is what it is,… a FREE COUNTRY…we will all be Judged someday.
I know lots of people that are here in Utah right now and have not left. The people that you see there in California are people that are mormons from there in California. School is in session here in Utah and a lot of people are here with there families. By the way how do you know they are from Utah that you see around there?
I have lived in California all my life and I have not heard of a single person from Utah moving here to help with the Prop 8 campaign. Also I do think that Prop 8 should be a concern to people of other states,because if Prop 8 does not pass in California,it will probably go on to others states.
Utah mormons are not traveling to Calif. simply to advocate for Prop. 8. What is happening is that mormon leaders in California are instructing their members to go out and campaign for Prop. 8 to pass (despite their leaders saying that they don’t get involved in political issues). Tell them to mind their own business, and refer them to the Mormons for Marriage or Signing for Something websites.
oh believeme there is a *** population in UT of *** people to, ,y cousin, may be gay, I had two female cousins whose husbands claimed to later be *** and a friend from high school who is gay, all were mormons.
